We are living in very confusing times. Economic ups and downs, political twists and turns. Without understanding what the Bible says about this certain time period in history, it’s very difficult to get an understanding of our present day politics and economics. When the disciples asked Jesus what will be the sign of the end of the world and his coming, he answered extensively in the Gospel of Matthew in chapter 24. He told us to watch out for signs. This next passage is in a different context, but Jesus clearly puts importance on discerning the signs of the times:
He answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.”

I am not going to get into the signs now, instead I will refer you to a number of sources. There you can find studies on the different chapters from the Bible that speak about the times of the end. God cares about us knowing what’s coming. He has put a lot of effort into giving us specific descriptions of key events, people, wars, and even numbers of days in some instances. He wanted us to figure this out, and this is what these websites are going to give insight to.
To follow the signs and to be able to interpret them, you have to follow the news. Unfortunately, when it comes to news reports, it is difficult to know who to believe these days. Two countries, parties, or news channels can interpret the same event in a very different light. Why is that? Because they have an agenda, and you are the target. And, because agreement or rejection from the masses still makes a difference. Information is everything, and everyone with an agenda knows this. In fact, in many cases what you see and hear on the “news” is nothing but propaganda.
Some years ago in school my daughter made friends with the daughter of an ambassador from a certain country. They invited us once for a barbecue and of course politics came up. At the time he was the head of the European ambassadors of his country. He explained that when they get together to discuss world events, as much information as they have, they still have a hard time figuring out what the truth is and who’s deceiving. I already knew this, but he confirmed that it is impossible to find out the true news from mainstream media. Now, that doesn’t make every alternative media channel true either. You have to select very carefully, sometimes listen to the other side as well, as much as you don’t like it.
This is where the knowledge of Bible prophecy comes in. You will be able to know what event confirms certain signs that the Bible has already talked about. And of course, the good part is that you will know first of all how the story plays out and then how it finally ends.
